Replacement Policy: If your order/s arrive in damaged condition, you will need to mail it back to us along with a copy of your receipt. We will replace the damaged item/s with a new item where applicable and return it to you promptly with complimentary shipping. Where item is a single custom-made and there is no replacement, a prompt refund will be issued.
Supplier shall not reduce the amount of a Refund on a Return or Cancellation by the assessment of a restocking fee or any other charge for any Return that occurs in accordance with the Return Policy or for any Chargeback that occurs in accordance with applicable rules and regulations.
