With over 30 years combined experience, vetern rescuers Little Lights Animal Sanctuary and Zoo-Zoom have merged to form Sundown In The South, E&E (Exotics & Education).

Sundown is a USDA, no-kill, 501C3, state licensed exotic rescue and educational operation. Sundown promotes better animal welfare through education and entertainment by providing eyes on, ears on, and hands on experiences for folks of all ages.

The Internet is filled with research howabeit most of it unreliable and false. In regard to education, one of the main goals of this new site is to provide information that is accurate and available at your fingertips.

Check back regularly as we will be updating added information including which exotic animals make the best pets, proper care and maintenance of these pets and where such pets can be adopted ... plus much more.

All monies go directly into animal rescue. No volunteer or member receives financial support of any kind.
